Custom work is not eligible for a return or an exchange.

Shipping Policy

Your order will be processed within 2 to 3 business days except for indicated made to order items which will have their own listed ETA in the product details. Generally 5 - 10 business days to be handmade from the order date. Once shipped you can use the shipping confirmation email to track it's progress. Please note that Coral Ave Jewelry is not liable for lost or stolen packages. You will need to start a claim with the appropriate shipping company should this unlikely event occur and/or contact your local police department to file a theft claim. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

All items must be returned with the package unopened and the return process must be started within 15 days of purchase. Please email info@coralavejewelry.com to start a return. The item must be shipped back at the customers expense with tracking, we are not responsible for lost items.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@coralavejewelry.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1409 E 54th St Tacoma WA 98404. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and getting approval will not be accepted.

Upon approval of the return the customer will be notified and all refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the order back. Items purchased on sale will be refunded at the sale price. Transfer times for funds will depend on payment method, you will need to speak with your payment service provider but generally occur within ten business days.

Exchanges

Items are available for exchange within 30 days of purchase. We do not exchange items worn in ear or custom work. We only accept exchanges for items of similar or lesser value, we do not offer store credit. The item must be shipped back at the customers expense. All items must be shipped back with tracking, we are not responsible for lost items. Items purchased on sale will be exchanged at the sale price.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
